This special place is close to everything. It’s beautifully decorated with all that you can imagine. Main house has 2 King bedrooms and a pull out couch in living room and two full bathrooms. The detached apartment has a Queen bedroom, full bathroom and a kitchenette. Amenities include, hot tub, yoga room, putting green, ping pong, bicycles, shuffleboard, and a basketball game board in the garage/game room. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk to downtown Saint Augustine famous St George Street.

1. No food in the bedrooms. 2. Please leave furniture and decor where it is. 3. You are welcome to use our bicycles, but please use the locks when off property. 4. We understand that you want to celebrate special occasions, but please no confetti or glitter on the property. 5. If you notice something broken, or you have broken something in the home, please notify us immediately. 6 Lost & Found / Item Return Policy We understand that sometimes personal items are accidentally left behind, and we’re happy to help reunite you with your belongings whenever possible. * Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of your checkout date if you believe you left an item behind. * Item Handling: We will make every reasonable effort to locate and secure your item; however, we cannot guarantee recovery. * Return Shipping Fee: A $50 handling and mailing fee will be required to cover packaging, processing, and shipping costs. * Shipping Method: Items will be returned via a standard carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS) with tracking provided. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge. * Unclaimed Items: Items not claimed within 14 days may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion. We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items, but we will always do our best to assist you.
